Congratulations, Mike Anderson who won the VIP race weekend in Sonoma.
In everything we do at Quicken Loans, we strive to make a difference. Our goal is to bring awareness to neurofibromatosis (NF) and to help the Children’s Tumor Foundation. In fact, we want to raise $390,000 this year. You better believe that when we hear about a cause as special and close to our core as the Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF) and its battle to find and a cure for NF, we take action.
NF QUICK FACTS
- NF is a genetic disorder causing tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body, including the brain and spinal cord.
- NF affects more than one in every 3,000 children born, more than cystic fibrosis, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and Huntington’s disease combined.
- Quicken Loans Founder and Chairman Dan Gilbert’s son, Nick Gilbert, is an NF Hero and is serving as the CTF’s national ambassador in 2012.
HERE’S THE SCOOP
On June 24, 2012 in Sonoma, CA, instead of seeing Ryan Newman competing in the regular red and white Quicken Loans #39 Chevrolet Impala, you’ll see Ryan racing in a special CTF designed car.
Please help the Children’s Tumor Foundation today! No donation is too small. Every dollar makes a difference.
